We're looking for motivated individuals to join our road maintenance crew. Responsibilities include:
- Cleaning and repairing asphalt surfaces
- Routing and heat lancing
- Pavement Joint Sealing
- Driving trucks - CDL not required but a plus!
We offer:
- Competitive pay starting at $22/hour, increasing with Road Construction experience and/or CDL
- Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision insurance, and a 401(k) with matching
- On-the-job training - no prior experience necessary, but preferred
- Stable work environment with average of 50+ hours per week
- Opportunity to be part of a growing team
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation to and from work sites
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Must pass a pre employment drug test
