I opened my agency in May of 2001 and weve built a close-knit team of three with exciting plans to keep growing. Becoming a State Farm agent was a lifelong goal of mine, and Im proud to be part of a family of agents. That long-term commitment to this career shows up in how we support our customers and how we invest in our team.

Outside of work, Im a former college softball player and was co-captain of the Lady Knights softball team. Im also active in my local church and enjoy being involved in the community, including as a member of the Waukesha Car Club.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Maggie Bringa - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
