Overview Engineering Manager – Cleveland, OH area (west side) – $120,000 to $140,000 – Job ID #29148 Responsibilities Directly leading a team of Chemical Process Engineers Ensuring safety and quality goals/initiatives are met Ensuring the plant is adhering to ISO regulations Lead by example (training and helping others move up within the organization) Track plant KPI's and present reports to Sr. Directors and VP's on all plant initiatives Work closely with the Maintenance Manager and the Quality Manager on all technical projects throughout the facility Qualifications BS degree in Engineering (ideally Chemical) Strong chemical plant leadership experience Strong quality, ISO and maintenance background Exceptional leadership skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Omni One
