Senior Clinical Research Associate - CNS or Rare Disease - West Coast

Position Overview Clinical Research Associate (CRA) – Worldwide Clinical TrialsAs a CRA, you will work with clinical sites to support research activities across a range of therapeutic areas, including Cardiovascular, Metabolic, Neuroscience, Oncology, and Rare Diseases. Responsibilities Manage research activities at sites participating in Worldwide’s clinical research projects. Identify potential sites, conduct site initiation visits (SIVs), and ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements. Collect regulatory documents, negotiate contracts and budgets with sites. Provide site training to ensure proper data collection and accurate safety reporting. Monitor site activities during study maintenance and close down research activities at study completion. Maintain site file management and regulatory documentation. Collaborate remotely and communicate regularly with line managers, clinical teams, and stakeholders. Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate. Four‑year university degree or Nursing degree. Experience in CNS/Neurology and Rare Disease research required. Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in English. Superior organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC systems. Residency on the West Coast of the United States. Willingness to travel regionally. Salary & Benefits Annual salary range: $97,000 – $193,000 USD (United States). Salary is based on experience, performance, education, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, the position includes a competitive benefits package that varies by location.
