Senior Clinical Research Associate - CNS - West Coast (Remote)

As a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) at Worldwide, you will manage the research activities at sites participating in Worldwide’s clinical research projects. Responsibilities Involved in all stages of the clinical study, including identifying potential sites, performing study start‑up activities (collecting regulatory documents, negotiating contracts and budgets), training sites, and reporting safety‑related events. Conduct study initiation visits (SIVs). Maintain study activities at sites, ensuring compliance with informed consent procedures, safety reporting, and all applicable regulatory requirements. Close down research activities at sites when the study concludes. Work primarily remotely, collaborating with sites and internal teams to keep projects on schedule. Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate. 4‑year university degree or Nursing degree. Experience in CNS/Neurology is required. Must reside on the West Coast. Willingness to travel regionally is required. Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in English. Superior organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work with little or no supervision. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC systems.
