2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday

4:00 PM - 2:30 AM

What You'll Do Perform Flux Core MIG welding on structural steel bridge components up to 1/2" thick Fabricate and weld steel bridge assemblies from blueprints and specifications Complete layout and fitting work using detailed drawings Operate overhead cranes and Jib cranes safely Use fabrication equipment including: Band saws Drill presses Stud welders Grinders Weld in multiple positions as required Move throughout the fabrication shop to complete projects Contribute to high-quality bridge construction projects Required Skills Structural welding experience Flux Core MIG welding experience Ability to read and interpret blueprints Strong fabrication and layout skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Ability to kneel, crawl, bend, and work in various welding positions Qualifications Proven experience welding structural steel Experience passing welding certifications or weld tests Ability to pass: 3F Weld Test 4F Weld Test 3G Weld Test within the first month Desire to learn and grow within the organization Why Join Our Team?
