Key Responsibilities Lead medical strategy and scientific POV across assigned brands Translate complex clinical data and treatment landscapes into actionable insights Partner cross-functionally with Strategy, Creative, Media, and Account teams Ensure all work meets the highest standards of scientific accuracy and compliance Serve as a trusted scientific partner to clients Mentor junior team members and elevate scientific thinking across the agency Contribute to new business and organic growth initiatives Qualifications 7–10+ years of experience in medical strategy, scientific communications, or related field Advanced scientific degree required (PhD, MD, or PharmD) Pharmaceutical advertising experience required Strong understanding of clinical data and regulated environments Ability to translate complex science into clear, strategic direction Experience working across cross-functional teams Oncology experience preferred Moon Rabbit embraces and celebrates diversity, inclusivity, and equal opportunity.
