Senior Project Manager
Pay: $130,000–$160,000
Location: Remote support for 4 locations - travel up to 25%
Summary:
The successful candidate will drive the delivery of large-scale programs including ERP consolidation, CRM implementation, data platform build-out, and AI-driven projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, engineering, construction management, business or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 7 years managing enterprise IT or technology-enabled business projects.
- At least 3 years leading programs with multiple concurrent workstreams and budgets exceeding $1 million.
- Proven experience with full lifecycle enterprise application implementations (ERP, CRM, EPM, HRIS).
- Strong command of traditional and Agile project delivery methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with data migration, system integration, and reporting projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise IT projects, including scope, schedule, budget, risk management, testing, and adoption.
- Develop and maintain integrated project schedules that reflect operational constraints.
- Own project financials, forecasts, and vendor invoicing validation.
- Oversee data migration, integration, and reconciliation efforts ensuring system data integrity.
- Manage AI and emerging technology initiatives from pilot to production, ensuring responsible use and measurable benefits.
