Your responsibilities will include:Leading, mentoring and developing a team of five Client Advisors, including graduate-level talentProviding technical guidance and support across a varied corporate insurance portfolioCoaching your team to deliver a proactive, consultative service that adds real value to clientsDriving engagement, performance and continuous improvement within the teamSupporting the smooth running of the client servicing function while maintaining high standards of quality and service deliveryHelping to foster a collaborative, high-performing culture as the business continues to growAbout YouWe're looking for someone who combines strong technical insurance knowledge with a genuine passion for developing people. You'll ideally have:A strong technical background within corporate insuranceExperience as a Team Leader, or be a Senior Client Advisor or Account Handler ready to take the next step into managementExcellent coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to support and develop less experienced colleaguesA consultative approach to client service and problem-solvingStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environmentWhat's on Offer?This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that's investing in its people, culture and future.
