CDR ProSource is seeking a motivated Bilingual Field Supervisor Assistant to join our operations team. This is a fast-paced, field-based role supporting multiple client locations while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting a safe and productive work environment.

We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, professional, and able to take initiative with minimal supervision.

Job Type

• Full-Time

Schedule

• Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm
• Weekends as needed

Location

• Brookings, SD

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations across multiple client locations.
• Conduct regular job site visits to monitor attendance, quality, and compliance.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, supervisors, HR, and subcontractors.
• Assist with onboarding, orientation, and follow-up for new subcontractors.
• Promote and enforce company safety policies and procedures.
• Address employee concerns and assist in resolving workplace issues professionally and promptly.
• Communicate staffing needs, performance updates, and operational concerns with clients and internal management.
• Monitor workforce attendance, performance, and engagement.
• Complete reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Identify operational challenges proactively and implement effective solutions.
• Represent CDR ProSource professionally at all client locations.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership experience or the ability to lead by example.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable traveling between job sites.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
