We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager who is responsible for overseeing the daily operation and execution of digital marketing campaigns.Manage a team of digital marketing professionals' day to day activities.Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of all corporate and property digital marketing campaigns.Provide strategic direction and guidance to ensure all marketing campaigns align with company goals and brand standards.Ensure accuracy and quality of all digital marketing campaigns.Provide consultation and best practices for property and corporate marketing teamsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology preferred; significant recent and relevant work experience may be substituted.Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience is preferred.Minimum of four (4) years of experience with digital marketing including email campaigns strongly preferred.Minimum of four (4) years of experience with direct/database marketing and CRM applications preferred.Previous experience within the casino and/or travel industry a plus.Knowledge of AMPscript, SQL, HTML and CSS a plus.Must have an understanding of Digital Marketing Fundamentals.Must be detail-oriented and highly organized.Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.Boyd Gaming is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any other federal, state, or local protected class.
