Contract | Nights | 4x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30) | 13- or 18-Week Assignment | 36 or 48 Hours Per Week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an IMC/PCU/Stepdown setting with targeted patient ratios of 1:4 (may be up to 1:5–6 based on unit needs)
• Monitor and manage patients requiring telemetry and cardiac rhythm interpretation
• Care for patients on stable chronic ventilators
• Document all clinical care accurately using Epic EMR
• Collaborate with the nursing care team and float within specialty clusters or to nearby campuses as assigned based on census and skill set
• Maintain availability to work every other weekend and every other holiday

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license (any active state license or compact license accepted)
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required
• Minimum 1.5 years of RN experience
• Experience with stable chronic ventilators required
• Proficiency with Epic EMR required
• Must pass an online EKG/telemetry competency assessment prior to assignment start (to be completed within 72 hours of contract signing)
• Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• IV Start certification preferred
• Experience in a Level 1 or Level 2 facility preferred
• Prior travel nursing experience preferred
