Contract | Days | 4x12-Hour Shifts (7:00–19:30) | 36 or 48 hours per week available

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Intermediate Care/PCU/Stepdown setting with targeted patient ratios of 1:4 (ratios may reach up to 1:5–6 based on census)
• Monitor and manage patients on stable chronic ventilators
• Perform cardiac monitoring and telemetry assessment in accordance with unit protocols
• Float within the hospital or to nearby campus locations based on census and skill set, as directed
• Work every other weekend and holiday as required
• Document all patient care accurately using Epic EMR

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license (any active state license or compact license accepted)
• Epic EMR experience required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required
• Minimum 1.5 years of RN experience
• Must pass an online EKG/Dysrhythmia competency assessment prior to assignment start (to be completed within 72 hours of contract signing)
• Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• IV Start certification preferred
• Experience in a Level 1 or Level 2 facility preferred
• Prior travel nursing experience preferred
