Proactively identify new customers and revenue opportunities.Develop and execute a consistent prospecting plan.Build relationships with homeowners, businesses, and community partners.Run both self-generated and company-provided appointments.Take ownership of your activity, pipeline, and results.Generate your own leads and appointments. Consistently create new sales opportunities through proactive prospecting.Build a pipeline that produces appointments and sales independent of company-generated leads.Master the sales process. Conduct professional in-home and business consultations. Build trust, identify customer needs, and present effective solutions.Skills and Experience We're Looking ForProven sales experience. Three or more years of in-home sales experience preferred. Experience in plumbing, water treatment, HVAC, roofing, or a similar industry is a plus.Demonstrated ability to generate your own leads and appointments.Strong closing skills and objection-handling ability.Experience prospecting, networking, and developing referral relationships.Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline.Strong interpersonal skills. Confidence, professionalism, and strong communication skills.Ability to build relationships naturally and turn conversations into opportunities.A relentless hunter mentality.
