Test Technician - 2nd Shift

Purpose Statement To ensure the quality and reliability of Plexus products by meticulously operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining test equipment. Through collaborative problem‑solving and continuous learning, strive to maintain efficient testing processes, identify and resolve product defects, and ultimately contribute to exceeding customer expectations and supporting Plexus's commitment to quality. Key Job Accountabilities Executes manufacturing solutions / provides services that are high‑quality, cost‑appropriate, and satisfy the customer's requirements and applies process improvement or troubleshooting as it applies to their role. Utilizes appropriate tools to perform necessary work including creation, analysis, and verification of documentation, programs, models, processes or production as it applies to their role. Demonstrates a basic, discipline‑specific understanding of how they support the full Plexus manufacturing processes / product requirements & specifications as it applies to their role. Successfully executes responsibilities under supervision in accordance with good manufacturing practices and Plexus' manufacturing processes and provides support to direct production line operators as it applies to their role. Basic understanding of equipment / process control / safety / risk awareness / setup awareness / operation as it applies to their role. Education / Experience Qualifications Associate's degree with 1 or more years of related experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered. Other Qualifications N/A Physical Requirements N/A Travel Requirements N/A Shift This position will support our 2nd shift which is Monday - Friday from 2pm-10pm. It also qualifies for a 10% shift differential.
