Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Pay Range: $73,800.00 - $110,600.00 Purpose Statement The Production Supervisor is responsible for directing the activities of the Production Leads with an emphasis on product quality, on‑time delivery, and factory production efficiency. Additionally, the Production Supervisor is responsible to support the key business metrics, team member engagement, and workplace safety. Key Job Accountabilities Drive production KPIs at the assigned area Manage direct reports (production supervisors) performance and development plan Participate in cross‑functional team meetings to drive results of the assigned accounts in terms of delivery and quality Typically responsible for more complex accounts or products Exemplify and hold the team accountable to demonstrating the Plexus Core Values; focus on evaluating potential, driving succession planning, and ensuring employees receive development and coaching Education/Experience Qualifications Bachelor's Degree with 3 or more years of related experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.
