Singleton Smiles is seeking a friendly, reliable Front Office Receptionist to support our single provider dental practice. We're looking for someone with some experience in dental front office administration and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities include greeting and assisting patients, scheduling and phone support, reviewing treatment plans, verifying insurance benefits, maintaining an organized workflow and providing patients with clear information throughout their visit.
The position requires confidence in patient interactions, accuracy in daily tasks, and the ability to learn our office systems through a structured, step-by step approach. Flexibility within our office hours of 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. is required, with occasional Saturdays.
Our practice uses Eaglesoft for scheduling and patient management so prior experience with this dental software is a plus. At least an Associate's degree is recommended.
Compensation is based on experience and demonstrated skill. Our full time benefit package includes competitive pay, holiday pay, paid personal time off, dental care, 401(K) with matching and monthly bonuses.
