Regional Sales Manager - California

Regional Sales Manager (RSM) We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for a newly created role driven by business expansion. This opportunity offers the chance to make a significant impact within one of the company’s fastest-growing markets. Location & Schedule Location: California (preferred) or Arizona. Territory to cover: California, Arizona, and New Mexico. Work schedule: 50% field-based, 50% remote/home office. Typical Day Responsibilities Manage and grow a channel partner network to drive territory performance Develop and execute strategies for business development and account growth Identify and onboard new channel partners while strengthening existing relationships Conduct regular meetings with partners Collaborate cross‑functionally to support sales initiatives and territory expansion Maintain and update customer and partner information using CRM tools Balance strategic planning and field engagement Essential Requirements Degree in a science‑related field such as Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or equivalent is an asset Experience in water, wastewater, or related industries (chemical, industrial, or oil & gas sectors with water exposure) Strong understanding of channel partner or distributor sales models Proven ability in business development and account management Hands‑on experience utilizing a CRM tool (Salesforce) Ability to travel up to 50% of the time within the assigned territory Benefits Competitive compensation package with strong earning potential, including a Sales Incentive Plan and additional organizational bonus opportunities Unlimited paid time off to support work‑life balance Health benefits starting on day one Company vehicle provided Ongoing career coaching, training, and professional development opportunities A collaborative environment focused on internal growth and long‑term career advancement A strong long‑term career path within McCrometer and Veralto Compensation Range Salary: $110,000 - $145,000 USD per year.
