Job Description Type: Full Time Job Specific Description Supports technical processes across different Java/J2EE technologies. Work closely with business and technical teams Understanding of the design and development of the project lifecycle Coding, Unit Testing and Component Integration Testing. Creation and maintenance of system, functional and reference documentation. Provide support during testing phases as required. Understand the strategy, needs of business units and assist global teams in development of technology roadmaps Follow relevant coding/design standards & high level design principles. Ensure that the design and development is conforming to best practices, standards and technical design. Constantly looks for opportunities on Efficiency improvement / Productivity Savings Drives and lives by the culture of innovation resulting in highly efficient teams looking to improve operational efficiency Takes ownership of day to day issues and escalations and brings issues to resolution. Drive process improvements and innovation Qualifications: Required Skills: Experience in Activiti BPM, Drools Rule Engine Exposure to Banking and financial industry Conduct coding, Unit Testing and Component Integration Testing and interact with business partners for testing sign off.
