Strategic VP of Finance for Growth-Phase, PE-Backed

JCW Group is recruiting for a VP of Finance to lead financial planning, reporting, and audit as the organization builds out its finance function. Based in the Hartford, CT area with a hybrid work structure, this is a high-visibility, hands-on role partnering with the C-suite, board, and investors. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and performance reporting, oversee the close, balance sheet, and internal controls, and scale finance processes to support growth and new partnerships. #J-18808-Ljbffr
