Some patients may require renal replacement therapy. Nurses in this area maintain a 1:6 patient ratio and specialize in post-hemodialysis and ongoing peritoneal dialysis. The unit emphasizes collaboration with community nephrologists, family practice providers, and hospitalists to offer optimal care. This dedicated team supports patients throughout their journey, from diagnosis to treatment and beyond. Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of recent experience in the field of specialty. Flexibility in scheduling is required, including floating to other units as necessary. Availability for every other weekend and holidays is also expected.
