Facilities Maintenance Director

DeKalb Health

DeKalb Health in Topeka, KS seeks a Maintenance Director I to oversee day-to-day maintenance of the branch facility, including pools, plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems. You will manage preventive maintenance, safety procedures and coordinate with staff to ensure reliable operations. The role requires eight years of licensed-trade experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to work across shifts including weekends.
