All requests for time off must be included during the application process. No more than 5 days of time off will be accepted. Travelers may not take all holidays off. Scheduled work is required during specific holiday periods, including Thanksgiving and Christmas. Candidates must upload their state nursing license along with the application. All scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission. Requests made after submission may lead to rescinded offers. Perm addresses must be provided in the profile. This position requires independent transportation. Travelers must have voicemail set up on their phones for facility contact. No candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility will be considered. Profile must include a skills checklist relevant to Critical Care.
