Responsibilities Develop, lead, and contribute to the growth and profitability of a Store portfolio including deposits, loans, fees and expenses. Lead, coach and motivate the Store team to deliver a legendary employee and customer experience while achieving shareholder value through solutions and referrals. Deepen customer relationships, put the customer first, and refer them to the right Specialist to ensure we meet their needs and provide the best advice. Hire best talent, set goals, develop staff, manage employee performance and compensation decisions, promote teamwork, and handle disciplinary actions. Manage medium‑sized and complex stores, grow talent, develop skills and capabilities, and achieve career goals and business results. Be accountable for achieving store and individual performance metrics. Act as a peer mentor to developing store managers and serve as a highest point of escalation for store issues. Originating loan applications, handling conditions of lending, and conducting loan closings; maintain active registration status with NMLS. Qualifications & Experience Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. 4+ years related experience in retail, customer service, and/or financial services industries. Supervisory, leadership and coaching experience, including business development and strategy implementation. Strong financial analysis, presentation, analytical, interpersonal, collaborative, and communication skills. Knowledge of bank product lines, services, and store operations. Proficient with Microsoft Office suite. Notary License is preferred. Application of risk management principles and a deep understanding of regulatory compliance. Regulatory & Licensing Requirements This position falls under the definitions of Loan Originator and Mortgage Loan Originator under RegulationZ of the Truth in Lending Act and the Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 (SAFE Act). Must be eligible for employment under RegulationZ and be registered as a mortgage loan originator with the NMLS. Criminal background and credit report checks, plus statements/certifications regarding administrative, civil, and criminal findings, are required by federal law.
