Billing Clerk - Temporary Project

Location: South Florida - Remote
Duration: 3-6 Month Project
Start Date: Immediate / Next Week

We are seeking an experienced Billing Clerk for an immediate 3-6 month project with a professional services organization. This is a remote opportunity open to candidates throughout South Florida.

The ideal candidate has prior billing experience within a professional services environment and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process client invoices accurately and on time
• Review billing information for accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain billing records and supporting documentation
• Assist with account reconciliations and billing adjustments
• Research and resolve billing-related questions
• Work closely with accounting and internal teams
• Support additional billing projects as needed

Requirements:

• Previous billing experience within professional services is required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working with high-volume billing and deadlines
• Strong Excel and general accounting system skills
• Must reside in South Florida and be able to work a hybrid schedule
• Must be immediately available and able to start next week
• This is an urgent project, and interviews are being scheduled quickly
