Prime Air's remarkable success can be attributed to its customer-centric focus.Prime Air was acquired in September 2006 by HEICO Corporation (HEI), publicly traded and became a subsidiary within the HEICO Repair Group.Competitive compensation package, including performance bonus and annual performance increase8 hours daily, Monday – Friday (8.30 AM -5.00 PM) on-site/in the officeStarting 3-week vacationBlue Cross Blue Shield Health insurance, Dental & Vision Insurance, Life Insurance401K plus company matching programJOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:Review sales order in ERP system to ensure matching customer Purchase Orders prior to processingCommunicate with operations, sales, and customer service departments to correct errors before invoices are sent to customersProcess sales orders once all information has been reviewed for accuracyPick Sales order when ready to ship in ERP systemInvoice sales orders after proof of shipmentAt month end ensure all sales orders with current shipping date have been processedPrepare Cores Due ReconciliationFilling of Sales Orders PackagesInterface with internal customers daily and support initiatives as assigned by managerEnsure preparation and issuance of checks as needed, verifying accuracy and obtaining required approvalsJOB REQUIREMENTSAssociates Degree or a minimum 3 year of related experience and trainingAdvanced proficiency in all Microsoft Office products and knowledge of software packages.Position will require frequent communication with internal and external parties via email, phone and in-person.Organized and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment; able to multi-task and think creatively; efficient and accurate working within deadlinesPossesses excellent written and verbal communication skillsAble to comprehend, analyze and interpret complex business documents
