Support Supervisor

Support Supervisor Support Supervisor role includes front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house responsibilities such as greeter, runner, cashier, answering phones, executing operational policies, packing/unpacking shipments, organizing the stock room, and leading the team to deliver a transformational customer experience. Responsibilities Act as greeter, runner, cashier and answer phones. Execute operational policies and procedures. Pack and unpack shipments. Organize the stock room to support product flow and store operations. Lead by example, manage conflict, and identify opportunities to support the team. Qualifications 2 to 4 years experience in a high volume, customer‑driven retail environment; stock‑related experience a plus. Open availability for a flexible work schedule, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts. Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and perform physical tasks such as carrying, pushing, pulling, squatting, kneeling, twisting, turning, climbing ladders, crawling, reaching, bending and standing for extended periods of time. Must be at least 18 years of age. Compensation USD 17.00 to USD 21.00 per hour, based on experience and work location. Benefits Health, dental and vision coverage.
