Role Overview Support Supervisor – a front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house leadership position that helps manage daily store operations, staff, and customer experience. Responsibilities Act as greeter, runner, cashier, phone attendant, and packer/unpacker of shipments. Organize the stock room to maintain smooth product flow. Lead by example, manage conflict, and identify opportunities to support the team in delivering a transformational customer experience. Support high‑volume, customer‑driven retail operations in a fast‑paced environment. Requirements 2 to 4 years of experience in a high‑volume, customer‑driven retail environment; stock‑related experience a plus. Open, flexible availability for overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts. Ability to lift at least 40 lbs, and perform physical tasks such as carrying, pushing, pulling, squatting, kneeling, twisting, turning, climbing ladders, crawling, reaching, bending, and standing for extended periods. Minimum age of 18 years. Compensation and Benefits Base salary range: 17.00USD – 21.00USD.
