Make a meaningful impact as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst supporting middle school students in a general education setting. This full-time contract opportunity begins as soon as possible and runs through December 18, 2026, working alongside a supportive team focused on providing exceptional ABA strategies and solutions for students with ASD.

Work closely with students, educators, and staff to foster a positive learning environment, utilizing your expertise in ABA. The assignment follows a three-month contract cycle with intentions to extend, offering both stability and growth throughout the school year.

Key Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Strong background in ABA, particularly in school-based settings
• Comfortable working independently; RBT candidates welcome if able to practice without BCBA supervision
• Experience with ASD populations in general education is essential
• Must hold a BT qualification
• Reliable transportation and proximity for a manageable commute
• Willingness to participate in Zoom interviews
• Paraprofessional experience is not applicable for this position

Core Responsibilities:

• Directly support ASD students within a middle school general education environment
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavioral interventions using ABA principles
• Collaborate with instructional staff to ensure successful integration and progress of students
• Track and document behavioral data, adjusting interventions as needed
• Support training and guidance for school staff regarding behavior management strategies
