CRE Debt Investment Associate — Hybrid LA

PGIM Real Estate in Los Angeles seeks an Investment Associate to support our Debt originations team. You will analyze and underwrite commercial real estate debt opportunities, build cash flow and Argus models, and prepare Investment Committee materials to inform investment decisions.
