Registered Nurse PCU3

Join Saint Luke’s Progressive Care Unit as a Registered Nurse. This part‑time position (24 hours per week, day shift, rotating weekends/holidays) supports patients with a range of cardiac and other conditions. The unit is newly renovated with advanced technology, offering strong career growth and a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities Accountable for utilizing the nursing process and performing patient care. Delegating patient care tasks and supervising other patient‑care staff. Coordinating the plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consulting with other members of the health‑care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Demonstrating proficiency while abiding by policy rules, guidelines and procedures. Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) license. Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association or Red Cross. Less than 1 year of applicable experience. Associate’s degree (preferred). Strong ability to work as part of a team, adapt quickly to changing patient acuity, and remain patient‑focused.
