Assist physical therapists with patient care, including treatments, exercises, and procedures. They also help patients use medical equipment, such as walkers.
Educate patients on how to regain movement and manage pain
Assist with administrative duties, such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office inventory
Clean and prepare treatment areas and equipment after each patient session
Ensure cleanliness and sanitization of the treatment area and facilities, including sterilizing therapeutic equipment before and after treatment
Ensure safety standards in the premises to prevent the risk of hazards, including safely disposing of hazardous material and other waste
