Uniforms: Company-provided.Key Responsibilities Accurately diagnose and repair residential home appliances (Refrigeration, Cooking, Cleaning, Laundry) to manufacturer standards. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and a professional demeanor. Utilize a company-issued iPad to process repair records, reference technical information, collect payments, and issue receipts electronically. Make timely, independent decisions regarding repairs while working within a supportive team structure. Effectively communicate with customers, technical support, dispatch, routing, and management.Qualifications & Requirements 2+ years of experience as a Full Line Appliance Repair Technician (Refrigeration, Cooking, Cleaning, Laundry) is required. Capable of lifting or maneuvering 50 pounds and occasionally up to 125 pounds. Willing to undergo a pre-employment drug screen, criminal background check, and driver's license check. Enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-service focused.
