Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMFT, you will conduct therapy sessions with couples, as well as individual sessions for each partner to address specific concerns. You will specialize in family dynamics, utilizing evidence-based methods to facilitate healing and understanding. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments to understand the unique needs of each family.
\n
• Developing treatment plans that cater to issues such as alcohol abuse, psychological abuse, grief and loss, and communication difficulties.
\n
• Facilitating therapy for conflicts among family members, blended family situations, and navigating the complexities of separation and divorce.
\n
• Tracking patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
\n
• Collaborating with our multi-disciplinary team to enhance patient care and streamline treatment approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a diverse patient population, including individuals, couples, and families dealing with a variety of mental health challenges. Patients may present with issues related to:

• Adjustments to significant life changes like separation or divorce

• Trauma and loss related to grief

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field
\n
• An active and unencumbered state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
