Our Indirect Material and Logistics Sourcing Department seeks a Sourcing Manager for Indirect Material in Lebanon, TN. The role is based in Lebanon, a welcoming, community‑oriented place with a comfortable small‑town feel and quick access to Nashville. Key Tasks Company Policy and Guidance : Responsible for developing and maintaining global policies and guidelines for indirect sourcing to ensure consistent, compliant, and ethical procurement practices. This includes setting standards and approval processes aligned with corporate governance and regulatory requirements, and leading cross‑functional teams to integrate risk management and sustainability into sourcing. Also responsible for training and communication efforts across the company. Category Management : Develop and execute the global indirect sourcing strategy across key categories (IT, Marketing, Professional Services, Facilities, HR, and Travel). Lead comprehensive strategic sourcing initiatives aimed at delivering cost savings, enhancing supplier value, and mitigating supply and contractual risks. Align category strategies with overall business objectives and growth plans while monitoring market trends, supplier performance, and emerging opportunities. Supplier & Contract Management : Negotiate and manage strategic supplier relationships, contracts, and service level agreements to ensure high‑quality, cost‑effective services. Maintain compliance with internal policies, procurement standards, and regulatory requirements. Promote supplier innovation, encourage diversity, and drive continuous improvement in supplier performance. Sustainability & Compliance : Embed sustainability principles across logistics, transportation, and facility management strategies to support the company’s climate and ESG commitments. Drive initiatives to reduce carbon emissions, optimize routing and load utilization, and partner with environmentally focused carriers. Implement energy‑efficient practices in facility management and responsible sourcing for services and materials. Benefits You’ll make a difference every day. Your Background Education: Bachelor’s + MBA or Master’s in SCM (or equivalent/relevant). Sourcing Certification: APICS CSCP, CPIM, SCPro, or CPSM. Excellent knowledge in business negotiations and contract management (including agreement writing). Quality / QMS: Six Sigma Black Belt, ISO 9001, lean concepts, and agile ways of working.
