Firehouse Subs is currently looking for General Managers to join our team!

The General Manager oversees and leads the entire restaurant and plays a vital role in the daily operations and overall success of the business. General Managers lead the team on the front lines of our operations, upholding our standards, and ensuring that the restaurant delivers hearty & flavorful food with heartfelt service.

REQUIREMENTS

Past leadership experience preferred
Work in a fast paced environment
Lead and direct a team
Hire, train and coach employees
Accurately and efficiently prepare guests orders
Provide excellent customer service
Plan and verify that food prep is completed
Handle cash & prepare daily deposits
Consistently and accurately complete daily/weekly paperwork
Ensure the restaurant is in full compliance with all local, state and federal regulations
Ensure knowledge, adherence and enforcement of all Firehouse Subs policies and procedures
Maintain restaurant equipment in full working order and report problems immediately to the owner
Communicate effectively with the owner any and all issues that may impact the business

Firehouse Subs is a U.S. based, fast casual restaurant chain founded in 1994 in Jacksonville , Florida by former firefighter brothers Chris Sorensen and Robin Sorensen. Firehouse Subs has opened over 1180 restaurants in 46 states as well as Puerto Rico, Canada and non-traditional locations.
