United HVAC Motors is seeking a dedicated and technically proficient Customer Support Technician to join our team, providing excellent support to our clients by troubleshooting, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Responsibilities: Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to products using various methods, such as phone and email. Customer Interaction: Interact with customers via phone, email, or chat, providing clear and concise information and solutions to their inquiries. Adhere to the company-provided script without deviating. Knowledge Base Maintenance: Contribute to and maintain our knowledge base, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for efficient issue resolution. Escalation Management: Accurately and timely escalate complex issues to appropriate teams for further support. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions. Continuous Improvement: Stay current with the latest product and technology trends, seeking opportunities to improve support processes and enhance the customer experience. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain strong knowledge of our products and services. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in a customer support or technical support role preferred. HVAC knowledge would be helpful but not required. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable with using Apple computer systems and software. Basic understanding of computer hardware and software troubleshooting preferred. Proficiency in Google Drive (Docs & Sheets). Ability to learn new technologies and products quickly. Skills: Customer Service, Problem Solving, Technical Support, Troubleshooting, Communication (Written and Verbal), and Software Proficiency. Pay Range: $21-$26 based on experience to be discussed in the interview.
