The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in emergency care, particularly in a Level 1 trauma setting. Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the emergency room. Assess and triage patients based on their medical conditions. Administer medications and treatments as per protocol. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 3 years of experience as an ER RN, with at least 2 years in a Level 1 trauma center. Current New Jersey RN License. Current American Heart Association BLS and ACLS Certification. PALS Certification is required. Schedule Days: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, every other weekend (EOW).
