Administrative Coordinator

$16 per hour

Job Summary Compensation: $16.00 per hour. This position oversees daily sales reports, handles new hire orientation, maintains files, and performs various office and data entry duties. It reports to the Business Office Manager. Key Responsibilities Enter daily sales reports and other data entry information by required deadlines. Maintain confidentiality of office records and restricted information. Show basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet applications. Communicate with and greet new hires, assisting them with housing arrangements. Perform basic new hire orientation, providing parking passes, uniform shirts, and name tags. Maintain employee uniforms, parking passes, and name tags. Maintain employee housing room assignments, inspections, check‑in and check‑out procedures. Ensure office supplies are maintained, organized, and replenished as needed. Separate received mail by department and coordinate delivery. Attend community events, training sessions, in‑service sessions, and staff meetings. Maintain a safe working environment by preventing accidents and preserving equipment. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward guests and coworkers. Adhere to Guest Services policies, procedures, and Hourly Handbooks. Perform other duties as assigned. Skills and Knowledge Requirements Excellent speech recognition and clarity; able to understand and be understood by customers and coworkers in English. Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with internet‑based computer applications. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Clear and professional communication skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously. Physical and Mental Requirements Move around on foot to accomplish tasks, including frequent movements within the unit. Bend, lift, carry, and reach/extend arms and hands above shoulder height frequently; regularly lift 25 lbs., 30‑35 lbs. frequently, and up to 50 lbs. occasionally. Sit or stand at a desk for extended periods while working at a computer. Withstand temperatures in indoor environments. Read and write work‑related documents in English. Communicate verbally with other employees in a fast‑paced environment. Physical presence at the job site is essential.
