Warehouse Crafting Associate Requirements

Must be good with hand tools Able to read/use a tape measure Reliable Able to lift 50 lbs. Clean MVR (Once hired, will drive a non CDL box truck) Willing to be forklift certified

Job Duties

Prep wood and materials according to instructions Cut wood timbers and plywood to the correct size Use table and panel saws Build crates and pallets based on drawing and instructions Use a nail gun and hammer

What You Will Do

As a warehouse associate you will receive, pick, pack, sort, stage, load, unload, and organize products throughout warehouse operations. You will verify inventory, prepare shipments, maintain accurate product locations, support order fulfillment, assist with inventory counts, and help ensure efficient warehouse operations while following established safety procedures. A warehouse associate supports warehouse success by accurately receiving, storing, organizing, and shipping products according to established procedures. This role combines physical activity with organization and attention to detail while maintaining safe warehouse operations. The warehouse associate works with inventory systems, warehouse equipment, shipping documentation, and customer orders while helping maintain efficient workflows and inventory accuracy.
