Senior Operations Research Analyst
Strategic Resilience Group LLC
Position Responsibilities Conduct quantitative and statistical analyses supporting logistics and business operations. Perform modeling, simulation, optimization, and forecasting activities. Analyze supply chain, sustainment, engineering, manpower, and operational processes. Develop analytical products, dashboards, and leadership briefings. Support process improvement and organizational assessments. Provide recommendations to leadership based on data-driven findings. Collaborate with Government and contractor stakeholders to implement solutions. Required Qualifications Experience with operations research methodologies. Experience with modeling, simulation, statistics, or data mining. Experience supporting logistics, supply chain, or operational environments. Experience with data extraction, transformation, and visualization. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to travel to Baltimore, MD as required. Preferred Qualifications Prior USCG, DHS, DoD, logistics, maintenance, or fleet support experience. Experience supporting strategic planning and organizational assessments.
