For more information about joining our team, please visit us at Assist Compensation Lead with the completion of annual broad-based and executive compensation surveys.* Conduct market analyses and partner with HR teammates to develop recommendations for new hires and internal roles.* Assist Compensation Lead with the execution of programs that require cross functional collaboration, including annual compensation planning.* Develop communication tools to help expand understanding of compensation programs.* Serve as a trusted advisor on compensation questions.* Keep abreast of compensation trends as well as federal, state, local and/or provisional laws and regulations.* Assist with managing equity plans through the Fidelity platform.* Other duties that may be assigned**Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or Business* Experience in Banking / Human Resources / Compensation is a plus* Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills* Preferred experience with Workday, Fidelity and PayScale* Attention to detail and ability to work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner* Excellent communication skills including speaking, writing and presenting* Ability to establish positive working relationships across the organization* Strong organizational skills; including effective time management* Self-starter, pro-active, willing to learn*The duties listed above are the essential functions, or fundamental duties within the job classification.
