ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2019 and currently lead a close-knit team of three. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a Branch Manager with Bank of America. My career has always centered around helping people, and agency ownership gave me the opportunity to build a business focused on helping customers protect the people and things that matter most.

Giving back is an important part of our agency. We stay involved with local schools, adopt families during the holidays, donate Thanksgiving meals, and support veterans and other community initiatives throughout the year.

As a Customer Service Representative with Joe Pham - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. 
• Answer customer inquiries and requests.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Dedicated to customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
