ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2017, and our team of four works together with a strong focus on professionalism, excellence, and doing what’s right for our customers. Before becoming an agent, I started as a State Farm team member, and I also spent time as a missionary working on college campuses — experiences that helped shape my leadership style and the values we bring into our office every day.

I’m originally from Louisiana and graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. One thing we’re especially proud of is our performance — our office is currently ranked #1 in Texas for boat insurance, and we take a lot of pride in being known for strong service and expertise.

Giving back is important to us, and we support Anchor Point along with participating in other local community events throughout the year. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Tyler Landry - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
