Program Analyst

This position is located in the Office of Budget and Program Management within Agricultural Research Service. This position serves as the operational integrator within the Research Support Office, ensuring strategic priorities are translated into coordinated local execution. Specialized Experience Specialized experience is experience directly related to the position to be filled. Specialized experience must be described for each grade level advertised. The specialized experience requirements for this position are: GS-12: Applicant must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service. Coordinating administrative, operational, and program activities for a senior leaders or organizational office tracking organizational priorities, projects and assignments, and deadlines to ensure timely completion preparing executive correspondence, briefing materials, reports, presentations, and meeting documentation reviewing information from multiple program areas to identify issues, recommend solutions, and support leadership decisions Coordinating meetings and engagements involving internal and external stakeholders and improving administrative processes, internal controls, communication practices, or workflow efficiencies Applicants must meet all qualifications and eligibility requirements by the closing date of the announcement including time-in-grade restrictions, specialized experience and/or education, as defined below.
