Insurance Defense Attorney

Cozen O’Connor’s Global Insurance Department seeks an attorney with 7-10 years of significant insurance defense experience to join the Boca Raton office. The ideal candidate will have experience litigating personal injury cases involving liability disputes and product liability claims. The candidate must have experience taking depositions, attending court conferences and hearings, and drafting and arguing motions. Strong legal research and writing skills and excellent academic credentials are required. Candidates with deposition and trial experience are preferred, but it is not essential.
