Position Overview: As a Senior Associate Attorney in the General Liability division, you will be instrumental in managing and litigating general liability cases right from their commencement to their conclusion, whether through settlement or trial. Key Responsibilities: Manage a diverse caseload of general liability matters. Represent clients effectively in court, mediations, and settlement negotiations. Provide legal analysis and advice to clients on potential exposure and risk management strategies. Engage in legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare discovery. Work collaboratively with support staff and other attorneys, ensuring best outcomes for clients. Qualifications: Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school. Admitted to practice in Florida. Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance defense and general liability. Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
