The Role

This position will support 2nd shift occupational health operations in the Newport News Shipbuilding onsite clinic. Responsibilities will include:

Work with a dedicated healthcare team, including physicians, nurses and medical assistants, to provide compassionate acute occupational medicine care to the workforce. Utilize clinical skills to diagnose and treat injured workers, make fitness-for-duty determinations, and assign appropriate work restrictions. Collaborate with the health and safety, on medical and health policies to promote a safe and healthy work environment and reduce injuries.

Must Have

Must have 5-7 years of PA experience. Must be a graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program and a licensed Physician Assistant and be NCCPA certified.
