You like meeting people, asking useful questions, and helping someone understand their options. We’re looking for a Marketing and Sales Assistant in New York to support live promotions, introduce client products and services, and help turn customer interest into sales.

This is a face-to-face role involving direct selling and agreed performance targets. You’ll work alongside colleagues while learning campaign messaging, customer engagement, and the sales process.

Your Part in the Campaign

• Prepare promotional materials and help set up campaign spaces.
• Approach customers professionally and introduce relevant products or services.
• Ask questions to understand needs and explain available options.
• Answer routine questions and seek support for more complex inquiries.
• Support sales conversations and complete required follow-up.
• Record customer feedback, sales activity, and campaign results.

New to Marketing or Sales?

Retail, hospitality, restaurant, events, and other public-facing experience can provide a useful foundation. No previous marketing role or specific degree is required.

We value attentive listening, clear communication, reliability, and a willingness to practice. You should be comfortable initiating conversations, working toward targets, and responding respectfully when someone declines.

Learn Through Practice

Training and coaching will cover product knowledge, presentations, sales procedures, and accurate recordkeeping. You’ll receive feedback to help develop your confidence and approach.
