Your Role

* Identify and engage potential healthcare candidates using our innovative platform along with your own professional network

* Introduce MLR opportunities to candidates and assess their interest

* Coordinate meetings between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive screening

* Sustain relationships with leads to keep their interest alive throughout the hiring process

* Keep accurate and current records in our applicant tracking system

* Earn commissions based on meetings you arrange, interviews that take place, and successful hires resulting from your outreach
